Just wanted to talk about how your fitness routine has changed. I'm a health nut, but I can't keep up with my old routine (too hard on the knees). I've turned to fitness videos; my favorites are by Mirabai Holland, called Moving Free. They're great--I never feel too sore in the morning, and there's no stress on my joints.
